We only require the essential information necessary to understand your investment mandate. If we already have an opportunity that closely matches your criteria, we may present it for your consideration. Otherwise, your requirements may be retained and used as the basis for a targeted search.
What Happens Next
Each request is reviewed internally by Prime Madrid Investments. Where we already have access to an opportunity sufficiently aligned with your criteria, we may contact you by email and present it for preliminary consideration.
Where no suitable opportunity is immediately available, we may use your investment mandate as the basis for a targeted search through our international network, direct relationships and selected market contacts.
Submission of an investment request does not guarantee that a suitable opportunity will be identified or presented.

Due to the volume, confidential nature and individual assessment required for investment mandates, Prime Madrid Investments does not conduct initial enquiries by telephone.
All initial communications are handled in writing by email, allowing each investment requirement to be properly reviewed, documented and assessed while maintaining an appropriate record for both parties.
Where Prime Madrid Investments identifies a potentially suitable opportunity or determines that there is a basis to proceed, we will contact the requesting party by email and coordinate the appropriate next steps, including direct discussions where required.
